How to raise a feature request?

CodeScene allows customers to make a feature request through the ticket system. 

To raise a feature request, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the CodeScene Customer Portal and log in or sign up if you're not registered yet:

  2. Click on the "Submit a ticket" button in the top right-hand corner of the home screen, or the link at the bottom of the page:

  3. Once you're on the ticket form, select the category "Feature Request":



  4. Fill out the rest of the form with the mandatory information 
  5. Click on the "Submit" button


NOTE: The CodeScene Feature Team will review your request and provide feedback. If a feature request is accepted we aim to implement it within six months.
