How to raise a feature request?

CodeScene allows customers to make a feature request through the ticket system. 

To raise a feature request, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to CodeScene Support Hub 
  2. Click on the "Submit a ticket" button:


  3. The user has to be logged into the CodeScene Support Hub to submit a ticket. If you are not registered yet, you can sign up:

  4. Once you're on the ticket form, select the category "Feature Request":
  5. Fill out the rest of the form with the mandatory information 
  6. Click on the "Submit" button


NOTE: The CodeScene Feature Team will review your request and provide feedback. If a feature request is accepted we aim to implement it within six months.
