If you are facing issues with logging in with a new license, we recommend that you follow these steps:
- Log into your old subscription
- Change the subscription there
- Log in with the new subscription
Use Credentials:
- USERNAME: admin account username (not email)
- PASSWORD: license key as Password.
If copying the license key, make sure to not copy any blank spaces, additional characters, etc.
